Bulk Orders – How to Order

Our return gifts are completely made to order and handmade, so bulk orders require advance planning and sufficient production time.

How to Place a Bulk Order:

1. Place an order for 1 piece through our website.
2. This initial order acts as your bulk-order enquiry/booking request.
3. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss:
   • Required quantity
   • Customisation requirements
   • Design and packaging preferences
   • Event date and delivery requirements
   • Bulk-order pricing
   • Other order details
4. Once the details are confirmed, we will share the final quotation and order details with you.

Production Time:
Since every piece is handmade and made specifically for your order, a minimum of 20 working days is required for bulk orders, excluding shipping time.

Important:
The 1-piece order placed through the website is fully refundable if we are unable to accept or fulfil the bulk order due to insufficient production time, event-date constraints, or any other circumstances.

For the best experience, we recommend placing your enquiry well in advance of your event date.
